I cannot recommend Kelly enough. My girlfriend and I bought a beautiful little house, in a neighborhood we initially thought we could not afford, for a totally reasonable price in a super hot market, thanks to Kelly's expertise. Kelly quickly sussed out what we were looking for from our imperfect descriptions, and not only took us immediately to houses we knew we wanted to look at, but also showed us things we had thought of yet. I am convinced that it was Kelly's experience and skill that helped us write a winning offer, without the extra money to provide seller incentives. Because my 9-5 is fairly restrictive, Kelly met with us early in the morning and in the evening, giving up big chunks of her family time to help us with our search. During negotiations after inspection (which made me more nervous then I would have believed), Kelly was cool, collected, and aggressive in our interest. We got more concessions then I expected. It is worth mentioning that my girlfriend and I were a little nervous about shopping for a house together as an unmarried lesbian couple. Kelly could not have been less phased. I would recommend her particularly to LGBTQ couples looking for an agent that works with them like all other clients, but understands group-specific concerns. Lastly, Kelly is interpersonally lovely. We had such a great time looking around with her. She's funny and warm, and realistic, without letting you slide into the depths of despair. Seriously, just work with Kelly. Buying a house is stressful, but way less so with Kelly on your team.

Kelly Hudson is the most patient, caring and understanding person I have ever had the pleasure to work with! She has gone above and beyond too many times to count during the process of buying our new home. Being first time buyers in a hot housing market we had no idea what we were getting into, but Kelly was very knowledgeable and really took her time to make sure we were at ease during every step of the process. I was often amazed at how calm and level-headed she was even during the most stressful times. Kelly is the best! She was my agent for the purchase of a first home. She is friendly, responsive, and has a top-notch Rolodex, from the best lender to the best inspector (her "sewer guy" alone saved us a few thousand in repairs).
