Ray Blaesing

Ray Blaesing is a seasoned and proven Colorado real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience representing a wide range of clientele from the most affluent to the first time home buyer.  Growing up on a farm in rural Wisconsin, Ray graduated from the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse in 1991 and made his way to the Southwestern ski resort town of Telluride where he spent the next two decades perfecting his craft.  While in Telluride, Ray pioneered a boutique vacation rental and property management company specializing in luxury accommodations.  This affiliation ultimately led him to obtain his Colorado real estate license in 2003.  Since then, he's assisted hundreds of clients in navigating the buy/sell process.  

Ray moved to Denver in 2013 to be closer to his two young sons, now teenagers.  Since moving to the Front Range, Ray's helped his clients close more than two hundred transactions giving him a wealth of Denver real estate knowledge .  He understands the importance of an agents role in guiding clients through one of the most important and often stressful transactions of their lives.  Ray's vast experience in contract negotiations, construction, home maintenance and marketing combined with his ability to communicate effectively make for stress free and seamless transactions for his valued clients and colleagues.  In his spare time, Ray loves hitting the slopes, fly fishing, hiking and taking advantage of all the wonderful outdoor experiences Colorado has to offer.  His teenage boys are both accomplished LaCrosse players so much of his free time is spent shuttling to practices, games and tournaments throughout the country.  Numerous negotiations have taken place on the sidelines!!
